「我嘗試透過不同角度探討藝術，並且以不同方式進行雕塑。我希望將自身的想法，透過作品與觀者進行交流。這促使我不斷進行創作與前進。而創作的過程也讓我更了解世界與自己。」

梁祥發以自身日常的生命經驗進行雕刻創作。試圖探索人與人之間的交流關係並進行藝術創作。在自身與他人，人與人之間的相互關係與連結中，分別將內在世界與外顯行為、個人習慣或慣性模式等作為創作主題。每一次新的關係與接觸都將產生新的漣漪。各自心緒與反應處於 “不斷流動” 的狀態。時而揉捲，時而皺缩，時而層疊褶起。節奏或強或弱而不斷曲折變化延展。作品試圖捕捉內在的無形變化與外顯的行為模式，進行物質想像，將其有形、具實地永恆存在。透過石紋的隨機特性表現致使創作對象狀態波動、改變的空間和時間。
Leong Cheong Fat using his life events as inspiration on works to carve. In his current work, he explore about interaction. Every interaction creates ripple as mind is always inconsistent. Extent of the changes depends on the rhythm. The artpiece used rock as a media intended to capture the invisible changes. It aims to solidify the change of emotion by physical imagination so that it can be kept eternally. The random traces and marks on the rock imply the emotion swing and changes of space and time.
